An amazing upgrade to my indoor cycling. Creates a much more involved environment and experience. Took a bit of getting used to. I ride with Rouvy on an iPad which was held on a handlebar clamp. I had to move the iPad to a separate stand as it was quite strange having the ground “move” while riding. A great product and a definite improvement on the rigid trainer.

The board is exceptionally well made and looks like a piece of furniture. It works like a dream with no squeky moving parts, its easily customisable for different riders and the feel / range of movement you want.
The movement allows for more realistic standing and sprinting, helps with core activation and posture with a dynamic platform which mimics outdoor riding.
There is significantly less pressure on your body reducing those lockdown / indoor overuse injuries.
